Itā€™s always a great day when you receive a company Acclaim recognizing the hard work you are doing (often behind the scenes) to make a difference. But whatā€™s even better than receiving an Acclaim? Winning one, of course. Shout-out to Chad and our other August winners on this companywide achievement. We hope you know how awesome you are ā€“ and how much we appreciate you. Every month, we receive hundreds of nominations celebrating the big (and small) moments happening within our company. Itā€™s pretty inspiring seeing the way our associates lift up and cheer on their peers, direct reports, and leaders. Want to make someone feel just like Chad feels? Send them a Acclaim, email, or text thanking them for something they did to brighten your day, inspire you, push a project forward, or that was simply gosh-dang-it amazing. #1800contacts #lifeat1800contacts #acclaimwinner #recognition

I've known about this nomination for about 3 weeks now, a part of me was still enjoying the little media hiatus I've been on because I recently realised that the real big, proper business is not done online (story for another day). But this one, we need to celebrate. The nominations that I get on merit without having to ask anyone to nominate me or without me nominating myself just hit different. Like someone actually recognizes our work, that's on GOD. PERIOD. šŸŽ‰šŸ„°šŸ”„#Womeninbusiness #Impact #businessbuilding #smallbusiness

What is the most meaningful recognition you ever received? Was it specific words that acknowledged your contributions?Or maybe a prize shared at a public event?Did someone you respect make time for you?Or maybe you were put in charge of challenging, high visibility work?Whatever it was, I hope you can spend a few minutes remembering how great that felt. And maybe pay it forward!#effectiveleadership #recognition #thankyou

Guess who has been nominated for 3 different awards?I was nominated by one of my friends/old mentors for the Australian Foundation's Diversity and Inclusion Award. Once the evidence was submitted, I was contacted by Awards Australia informing me that the assessment board wanted to add another nomination to my nameā€”the Connecting Communities Award. Then, things get even more exciting. The sponsors of the awards get to choose a nominee for their own category. And guess what! The University of Queensland nominated me for the Create Change Award. This is massive! I am beyond excited and honestly so proud of myself.I want to thank everyone who has ever helped me get to where I am today. No matter how small your support may have seemed to you, please know that it was significant to me, and you have helped shape me into the man I am today. The gala dinner is on April 19th in Brisbane City. I am planning on booking a table for anyone who wants to come. Please just message me for details and the pricing for the night.Again, thank you all! ā™„ļø.....1. #AwardNominated2. #DiversityAndInclusion3. #CommunityLeadership4. #CreateChange5. #AwardsAustralia6. #ProfessionalExcellence7. #LeadershipAchievements8. #CelebratingSuccess9. #AustralianLeadership10. #InnovationAward11. #CommunityImpact12. #InclusiveLeadership13. #ProudMoment14. #RecognitionDeserved15. #MakingADifference16. #BrisbaneEvents17. #GalaDinner18. #UniversityOfQueensland19. #LeadershipRecognition20. #Empowerment21. #ConnectingCommunities22. #IndustryLeaders23. #TeamAppreciation24. #InspiringChange25. #Accomplishment26. #Grateful27. #NetworkBuilding28. #SupportAppreciated29. #CareerHighlight30. #ThankYouTeam
