The services have gotten really expensive for what you get. The nail techs don't do that great of job. See pictures. The lady in the picture is usually laying in a chair when you get there, doesn't want to work, does a terrible job, her massages are fast and not relaxing.

Just went for my 2nd time last week after moving to HSB. Had an appointment for a pedicure, then sat with my feet in the water for 20 minutes. The gal that did my pedicure was completely non-engaged. She pushed my foot from the pedestal into the water (usually they tap your foot or some other way to let you know to do that). She was in a daze as she massaged lotion onto my legs and stopped periodically - 15-30 seconds at a time. My "not too short" request was apparently not heard as my nails have probably never been cut shorter. Think I'll head on down the street for my next pedicure in 2 weeks.

Wife and I called a few hours ahead. Scheduling was no problem. Location is very clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and attentive. We both got pedicures and were very happy with the results and experience. We'll absolutely visit their shop the next time we're in HSB.

I liked this place my mom and I came 05/14/21. My mom and I also got the same pedicure and the lady that did my feet was super kind and accommodated to my top coat. After I was walking to the feet fan thing another man hit my foot didn't to anything about it didn't apologize and damaged my nail polish. The lady kindly redid it and told me to stay in the pedicure seat for it to dry. However, the pedicure we got included a hot towel and a dead skin removal. While I got all this Jeniffer the lady that did my moms feet not only had a bad attitude but also didn't do any of the things that i got which was rude considering the fact that we got the same pedicure. So Jennifer if your reading this please be nice to your customers so they will feel more Inclined to go back.
