@comcastcares Good morning. I have not issues with my TV service since May. Today I had an appointment for this morning and it was cancelled without notification. I spoke with an agent on your chat but she couldn't answer why that happened.

@comcastcares can you get your act together it’s every other dam day your internet service is out or bugs multiple times a day a week, I’ve exchanged that dumb box so many times I’ve reset it so many times I done ever single thing you want me to do and I still can’t get service

@Xfinity there’s been “maintenance” in my area since Mon and I haven’t had internet for 5-6 hours at a time, sometimes longer. FYI there’s a pandemic going on & we are all working from home so it’d be nice if we could do our jobs. Why is there an outage literally every single day

@comcastcares Stream app didn’t work at all over LTE (iPhone 11 w/3 bars) during mass outage. Couldn’t even open the list of to go channels. If we@can’t get a text to send, streaming is a pipe dream. Also couldn’t disarm your 1 yo security system here from the app or the base. That wasn’t fun

@comcastcares I have received really bad service! Even executive member services told me that it's not my right to speak to a supervisor! What is a person supposed to do when they're not getting help and have a bad agent?

@comcastcares My recent contacts with Comcast have been disgusting! Extremely rude and abusive customer service. And every time I ask for a supervisor I am denied. I was even told by the follow-up agent that I would receive a call back in an hour. Never happened
