@comcastcares Stream app didn’t work at all over LTE (iPhone 11 w/3 bars) during mass outage. Couldn’t even open the list of to go channels. If we@can’t get a text to send, streaming is a pipe dream. Also couldn’t disarm your 1 yo security system here from the app or the base. That wasn’t fun

@comcastcares My recent contacts with Comcast have been disgusting! Extremely rude and abusive customer service. And every time I ask for a supervisor I am denied. I was even told by the follow-up agent that I would receive a call back in an hour. Never happened

@justkelly_ok I once cancelled my Comcast by first researching how to do it quickly step by step (After first realizing that I couldn't find out how to cancel searching their site myself) by telling them I am moving and I already have comcast at the new place and it took...3 hours.

@comcast we can not watch local TV from Xfinity stream because it says I should use Wi-Fi. This is a bad design that needs to be turned OFF during prolonged power outages. Very, very frustrating that should be easy to correct. You’ve got a bunch of smart IT people - use them!

@EricEstepp17 Make sure you talk about how fast xfinity series qualifying was canceled which sent multiple teams home without a chance of racing til COTA. NASCAR needs to fix this. We need qualifying every week. A 2 hr. rain shouldn't destroy those teams year.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix latency issues on xbox? I've tried switching ports, resetting everything, changing DNS, called both Microsoft and Xfinity with no help. Went from 40ms up to 70ms in a few weeks time
