@Ask_Spectrum I’d rather not waste more of my time on hold or with some automated messaging system not understanding the issue and then telling me to restart my router. Hard pass. Maybe stop monopolizing internet in my area so I have other provider options.

@GetSpectrum on the phone now going on 2 hours simply trying to upgrade our internet service. My wife was on phone for 2 hours on Thursday and thought she had taken it. Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time.

@Ask_Spectrum I did call in. We were on the phone for 2 hours on Thursday and 4 hours today. Are you telling me this is the best Spectrum can do and all customers should expect to be passsed around to multiple departments and spend 4 hours on the phone to get simple issues solved?

@Ask_Spectrum We have been out of service since Saturday at 8am. We have no estimated repair time and can't get any answers as to why we have had no internet. We weren't affected by the winter storm. Area code 27263: High Point, NCCan you be of any use?

I live in a poorer neighborhood. I'm aware the infrastructure here is garbage, but I pay my bill like everyone else! @GetSpectrum why can't you tell me the reason for the outage? Why are your CS reps giving "expert opinions" on recovery time?! WTF?!

@Ask_Spectrum No service since Thursday. Never lost power. No idea of when it will be fixed. Will there be a credit to everyone's account who has been without service for so long? Definitely checking into switching to a more reliable service.
