Some of the best views Hong Kong has to offer. East to access by either walking or tram and plenty of amenities at the top so you can spend some time to get your before and after sunset pictures.

From up there you get a really stunning view from the city. If you go by night it's less crowded, at night you can see all the bright lights illuminating the City. You can either way walk up the peak, not recommended during the day, you will sweat a lot. The bus is an option or you take the peak tram.

The tram fare going up to the peak is $62 and $75 for the peak sky terrace entrance. I used my octopus card as always for hassle free transactions. The view was nice and you can see the whole HK skyline, it was just a bit rainy when i went there a couple of days ago. I hope to see it again at night on my next visit. 🇭🇰

The view is stunning, no words. There are benefits of visiting during the day and during the nighttime, as Hong Kong is mesmerizing anytime. You can either walk to the peak or take a little tram. The team can be very crowded as it’s a touristic must-see place. If you have a chance, secure the spot at the beginning of the tram. Once at the top - you’ll find yourself in a big shopping mall. There is a market, lots of restaurants and other places to spend money there. This is something I didn’t like at all - people go there to have fun, and not enjoy the view. Getting to the viewing platform is not cheap. I would recommend buying tickets in advance. It’s possible to buy there already, but only for cash - no card payments at all. And even with the tickets it can take some time in the queue to get up. But once there - it’s worth it. I’d recommend taking some snacks and water as buying something there is very expensive. Also get to the side of the platform - it’s less crowded and the view is still beautiful.

Great view of the city! But place is too crowded already. If you wanna see the view at night, go to the view deck earlier and stay until sundown.

Must go attraction for tourists and locals. Tram to the peak is rather modern not old design as I imagined but comfortable. Crowded during the week. On the moving tram you see everything outside are lean. On the peak you see the whole HK with many twinkle skyscrapers at night

Highest point in the Hong Kong area, with breathtaking views of the city. Taking the Peak Tram is the standard and recommended way to reach there but you can also hike up if the weather is not too warm. I paid $200 for a combo ticket (tram + sky deck) and even though it was a foggy day, was worth it.

A absolutely MUST see while visiting Hongkong! Spectacular view. I recommend a walk down from Victoria Peek to Central.

It was very nice experiences for ride the tramp and the sky terrace just amazing! It has breathtaking view for the city light!I think the best time to visit is at night. I enjoyed very well and happy as kiddos.

Awesome night views! You can easily do the Hong Kong Trail in probably 20mins tops, views are mesmerizing! Went up there on a taxi and came down on the tram, just be mindful that tram operation stops at 10pm. Also you dont need a ticket in advance, just queue along the same line, and tell them you need a ticket once you are in front.

Great views out over the city & Kowloon. Pretty smoggy but still worth the trip up. We took the bus up & the tram car down. Wasn't took busy as were were not travelling in peak times

Such a beautiful view point with lots of food stores. Walkable spot and convenient to get food, drink, and clean toilets. You can hiking, cycling, walking around with a good air surround by nature. Open till late.

Iconic view point on Hong Kong Island with panoramic views of Kowloon and the harbourI generally climb up the tramway path but it is demanding. Try to get the tram down after dark - great treatExcellent Mall, bar, restaurant and toilet facilities at the topA HK 'must do'

Super awesome view of the city! The tram is super fun and the views are really spectacular. Lots of shops and fun little hikes to do once you get to the top. Fun little place for kids. The little grass section up top I'm pretty sure is a doggy potty just FYI. Saw kids doing some tumbling on it then saw some doggy's use it for a potty haha

We took a walk from Wyndham Street to here instead of taking a tram. The elevation was crazy, but we had fun. The view was amazing, you could see the mountain and the city on the other side.

Amazing place, amazing city, would love to visit again!

Absolutely wonderful view of Hong Kong. You don't necessarily need to climb the one tower here because there is a pavilion with an about the same view. Though there are some decent places to eat here as well.

Our tram journey was delightful. We made sure to secure front seats to fully appreciate the stunning city and harbor views as we ascended. We conveniently purchased our tickets from Klook, which included entrance to the Sky Terrace. Despite the gloomy weather and light drizzle, we thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking view from the Sky Terrace. We also took the opportunity to explore the malls in the area. Don't miss the Lions Pavilion as well.

It was a beautiful sight to behold from the Victoria peak! We took the tram up to witness the change in the view from the surroundings of the city up to the peak of the mountain. It can be quite crowded while waiting for the tram so I will suggest to take the bus or hike up if you do not like crowds. There are cafes and restaurants up at the peak therefore don’t worry about your hunger or thirst. It was a magnificent sight to view from the transition from the bright afternoon city view to the view of the sunset across the city with the buildings lighted up. In order to capture the majestic sight, you will have to get the tickets for the sky terrace in order to access the top open space floor but the crowds can be overwhelming at times so do take note of that!

Once, five graduates stood atop the Peak HK, inspired by their career dreams and the Victoria Harbour skyline. After 28 years, they reunited for a one-week trip to relive the memories of the places they lived and worked.Contemplating the tension between dreams and reality, they gazed at the skyline, marked by time's passage. With a renewed sense of purpose, they resolved to prioritize happiness and embrace new paths. The Peak symbolized their journey of rediscovery, reminding them to balance aspirations with the practicalities of life.

The view is stunning. I really recommend to buy a ticket before coming to this place because the waiting line to buy ticket is too long. However, I think the mall nearby the top of peak tram was so crowded and no space to sit and chill. So it noisy and frustrated in some area.

A must visit when you’re in HK. Great views of the island and lots of hiking options as well. There are numerous eateries dining and shopping outlets too. It gets busier over the weekend and in the evenings and the serpentine queue to take the tram down the peak feels never ending. Great place to relax hangout and escape from normal city life.

Arjun K — Google review

Can purchase ticket on the spot, but people will rush to take the good seat, especially when coming down from the peak, even though you queue you wont really get a good view seat.A lot of things to see on the peak, also got mall to shop around, good view as well but it’s kinda cold during my visit. Can spent around few hour visiting.

Much better than before covid! They renovated the waiting area.My opinion and suggestion:You just need to buy the tram ticket. No need to buy the peak ticket, and the view will still the same! Will save alot of money!

Indeed the view is beautiful. First time going up the peak and first time using the tram. I believe the walk will be more meaningful and scenic but as a tourist with a 65 yr old city mum. The tram was my best choice. I chose to go during sunset timing but too bad it was super windy and cloudy. But we enjoyed the cold weather.

Magnificent view of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. View is still best from the peak tower but the trail view just as beautiful. It’s difficult to find a perfect day to go to the peak as there’s always a layer of smog. This is a must see sight for tourists. The best time to be there would be sunset. The beautiful glittering skyscrapers lights and street lights. During the day is just as nice.

One of Hong Kong's biggest attractions for sure! The view of the city from the hill is incredible and it's a shame that it was windy and the weather was cloudy, but all in all - phenomenal. There is a shopping mall with restaurants and shops right on the spot. We went up by taxi and went down by tram.

I’ve been to The Peak a few times, but this day my son and I decided to go on foot. It was an excellent workout and we really felt we earned the view. There were some mosquitoes as it’s forested so bring bug spray if you’re concerned. We stayed for dinner at a restaurant and watched the light show. It was amazing and I hope to return one day.
